To view or change your cPanel/FTP password, login to the client area and complete the following steps:

1. Click “Services” – “My Services” in the menu.
2. Click on the manage product for the account you need the details for.
3. The current username and password will be located on the main page – in the cPanel/FTP Credentials section.
   You will need to click the checkbox to show the current password.
4. To change the password click “Change Password” in the left sidebar.
5. Enter and confirm the new password, then click “Save Changes”
