Sending bulk email or newsletters from our servers

In order to limit the chance of spam abuse and keep our IP addresses free from black lists, all hosting accounts are limited to send 200 messages per hour.

If you're sending bulk email great than 200 messages an hour, we suggest one of the following options:

1. If sending via an email marketing program, plugin or script - set it to send messages in timed batches or relay through another SMTP server.

2. If sending via your email program (ie. Outlook, Mac Mail) - set it to send the messages out through your ISP (ie. Bigpond, Optus, etc...)
